About Us sounds like “we” are a large company. Sorry to disappoint, it’s just one guy —me.
Some may see this as a weakness. I see it as a strength. I work with only a few quality manufacturers and I concentrate on providing value-added representation.
Management guru Tom Peters once said “Put all your eggs in one basket and WATCH THAT BASKET!” That’s what I do, I watch my basket of carefully-selected manufacturers and represent them in a professional manner.
For current and prospective customers – I promise not to waste your time. You have a business to run and I respect that fact. I won’t park in front of your garage door or bring in a ringing cell phone when I visit with you. I will return your call usually within one hour and always within 12 hours. If you prefer for me to make an appointment then let me know.
For prospective manufacturers – I identify prospects for my principals and if the potential for sales exists, I pursue their business until they become a customer or they tell me to go away. I use professional mailings, emails, phone contacts and personal visits to acquire and maintain a business relationship. If you are a manufacturer and build a quality truck or trailer product, call me, I want to represent you.
